Refund Policy

Overview

Diagnosis is always free — no account or payment required. This policy covers refunds for paid one-time credit packs and subscriptions.

Failed Generations

If a deep repair or image-to-3D generation task fails or errors out, the credits deducted for that task are refunded to your account automatically. No request is needed.

One-Time Credit Packs

You may request a refund for a one-time credit pack purchase (Starter, Standard, or Premium Pack) within 7 days of purchase. The refund is prorated based on how many credits from that pack are unused:

refund = amount paid × (unused credits / total credits in the pack)

To request a refund, email support@meshrefinery.com with your account email and order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, and any remaining credits from that pack are removed from your balance.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a monthly or annual subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period you've already paid for.

Exceptions

Refunds outside these terms may still be granted where required by applicable law.
